Retail platform
Virtual sports for betting shops
Virtual racing is computer-generated racing that runs all day. The shop shows the races on a screen, sells tickets at the counter, and pays out as soon as the result settles.

What a shop gets
The platform is the whole retail operation, not only the games. Terminals for the floor screens, and a cashier screen for the counter. Retailer and agent accounts above them, and a back office that reports on all of it.
Games run from our own engine, with live video. The picture on the screen and the result the cashier settles come from the same place.
Terminals and cashier
Sell a ticket, scan it, and pay it out on the same screen.
Retailers and agents
Every level has its own credit, its own limits and its own reporting.
Back office
Staked, paid and outstanding for each shop, exported by CSV or API.
Games
14 games on the platform, each with live video.
What is on the screen
A race is scheduled, the video plays on the shop screen, and the result settles. Races run back to back all day, so a customer never waits long for the next one.
The counter screen lists the runners with draw numbers, recent form, and win and place prices. A cashier who has sold horse or greyhound tickets already knows how to read it.

What you need to start
A screen for the races, a PC or laptop for each screen, and an internet connection. Nothing draws the race in the shop: the video is rendered centrally and arrives as a stream, so the screens are browsers.
Register the shop and the platform opens a demo carrying its name. You can walk the counter staff through it before anything is set up.
Money and reporting
Every ticket is recorded on the platform, not on the shop machine. The back office shows pay-in, payout, unclaimed tickets and ticket counts for the day, by shop and by agent.
Credit and limits are set per retailer and per cashier, so a shop cannot write more than you allow. Totals export as CSV, or through the API when you want them in your own accounts.

What it costs
Commercial terms are set per operator, so there is no list price on this page. Tell us how many shops and terminals you run and we quote against that.
The data API is a separate product with public pricing. It starts free with 500 requests a day and is for building your own app or website, not for running a counter.
Frequently asked questions
- What do I need in the shop to run virtual sports?
- A screen for the races, a PC or laptop for each screen, and an internet connection. The races are rendered centrally and arrive as video, so there is no dedicated machine to buy or install. If the shop already runs a local render client (VisionViewer or VSEKiron), the races play through that client too.
- How often does a race run?
- A full race, parade to payout, takes about four and a half minutes, and races run back to back all day. Nothing is called off, so the counter always has something to sell.
- Can I keep the virtual games I already have?
- Yes. The platform runs on a second terminal beside your current system, with nothing switched off. You can compare the two on the same counter before you change anything.
- How much does the platform cost?
- Commercial terms are set per operator and depend on how many shops and terminals you run. Register your shop or contact us and we quote against your setup.
- Can I run it under my own name?
- Yes. Your logo and your colour go on the terminals and the cashier screens, on your own domain, and your shop name prints on every slip.
